Biogas energy solutions

Membrane Separation Skid

Upgrade biogas to biomethane in a modular skid format.

Biogas to biomethane

A closer look at the process.

The BIOZOOM Biogas Purification System (BBPS) upgrades prepared biogas by separating carbon dioxide from the methane-rich stream. Its membrane separation stage supplies biomethane for suitable natural-gas, Bio-CNG or Bio-LNG applications.

Skid-mounted construction brings equipment and pipework together for site integration. Required pretreatment, product-gas quality and the downstream use of the biomethane are defined for each application.

A useful starting point

Bring your project into focus.

  1. Biogas flow, methane and carbon dioxide content.
  2. Hydrogen sulfide, moisture and other available gas analysis.
  3. Product-gas specification, delivery pressure and intended use.
